Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help!

Items available for return for a full refund are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date or the date of your "ready for pickup" email. Returns are accepted for store credit after 14 days and up to 30 days from delivery date or "ready for pickup email". 

Shipped returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date for a full refund (minus shipping fee), and up to 30 days for store credit. 

*Exchanges are available upon request within 14 days of delivery.

*All jewelry, accessories, and any sale items are NOT eligible for exchange or return

*Returned items must come in their original condition with tags attached
